We couldn’t be more excited to bring you this fantastic Ethiopian coffee for the month of October! We haven’t offered anything quite like this coffee before and we hope y’all like it as much as we do! Wush Wush is a rare and prized varietal of Ethiopia that produces exceptionally complex coffee. The ripest of coffee cherries are picked and then put through a 5-day extended fermentation process before drying out on raised beds. This enhances the fruit and floral intensity this varietal is known for and truly shows off its terroir. You’ll be tasting watermelon and berries with a syrupy mouthfeel that finishes bright and floral like hibiscus flowers. Grab a bag to make pour overs for yourself or come by the shop to try it out!
