For this month, our new featured coffee comes from the Sidama region of Ethiopia! This natural processed coffee starts with clean stone fruit notes, continues with a dry chocolatey body and ends with a nutty finish. Swing by the shop to try it on drip for your morning pick me up and whether you take your coffee black or with cream and sugar, this coffee has got you covered.

Our new Ethiopian offering comes from the Ayla Washing Station in the village of Bombe in Sidama, near the Bombe Mountain. It serves over 300 smallholder farmers in the surrounding area that on average own 2.5 hectares of land and who grow local coffee varieties such as Mikicho and Setami. Coffees in Ethiopia are typically grown on very small plots of land by farmers who also grow other crops.
