For the month of August, we couldn’t be more excited to offer you this deliciously sweet and fruity Ethiopian coffee. At the Haus, we all love Ethiopian coffees but this one in particular stands out for its strong blueberry aroma and taste and lightly floral finish. We highly recommend this roast as a light and refreshing cold brew to get you through the last month of summer! 

While Ethiopia is the homeland of Arabica coffee, it only produces 3-4% of the world’s coffee supply, but the variety of coffee from this origin is outstanding. Ethiopia coffee is celebrated for its bright fruit and floral flavors, paired with exceptional acidity and sweetness. Out of the many coffee-growing districts in the country, the Sidama District stands out from the crowd with their highly distinctive cup profiles.
