A great portion of the Tanzania's coffee production is managed by Agricultural Marketing Cooperative Societies (AMCOS), and we’re lucky enough to have some delicious coffee by the Hezya AMCOS. One significant note of this coffee is the peaberry shape of the beans. Peaberries tend to be smaller in size with rounded ends, making them not only taste unique but they’re also adorable to look at. The peaberry is a natural mutation in coffee beans, not a unique variety, so each peaberry must be sorted by hand! Why not give this coffee a round of applause and order some for you home?
